A technique I saw on Natasha Foote's channel. I cut strips of scrap and use double sided adhesive to glue them on to acetate.  I then cut out the circle with a circle die and then cut the talk bubble from that. Stamped the hello and die cut it as well.  The circle is then backed with adhesive foam and popped up on to the card.  The thanks used the leftovers!
